The Ultimate Art of Chess
Goldsmith's pieces, carved chess tables, numbered boxes: the pinnacle of our collection
Our chess sets over €1,000 are works of art in their own right. Chess tables in solid wood with carved legs, ebony and onyx boxes, fine gold-gilded bronze pieces: each set in this supreme collection is made in a very limited series, often individually, by Europe's finest craftsmen. A heritage investment as much as a pleasure to play with.
What you'll find in this collection
💺 Chess Tables
Our chess tables are exceptional pieces of furniture: built-in playing surface, storage drawers, turned or carved legs. In walnut, elm, briar, or with bronze and onyx inlays. A standing chess board that becomes the centrepiece of your home.
✨ Bronze & Onyx Sets
Our bronze and gold sets combine an onyx or marble board with solid bronze pieces cast using the lost-wax technique. Each piece weighs between 100 and 300 g — a presence and feel like no other.
📜 Certification & Rarity
All sets in this range come with a certificate of authenticity and a serial number. Some pieces are limited editions of just a few dozen worldwide.
🎁 The gift of a lifetime
A chess set over €1,000 is not an impulse purchase: it's a legacy. Housewarmings, retirements, wedding anniversaries, celebrating a victory. An object that will be passed down through generations.
Expert tip: In this price range, every set is unique. We invite you to contact us to receive high-resolution photos, precise measurements, or advice on pairing your chess board with pieces. We also offer hand delivery for our most precious pieces.

For exceptional quality on a more modest budget, our premium sets (€500-1,000) already offer rare woods and artisanal finishes. You can also create your own prestige set by pairing a fine wood chess board with bronze pieces or gilded brass.
