Mainland France & Europe (Schengen Area)

Delivery is free of charge for all deliveries to mainland France — including Monaco and Andorra — as well as to European countries within the Schengen Area (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Austria, etc.).

Delivery times observed are generally 48 to 72 hours, depending on the destination and carrier. These times are indicative and may vary according to logistical conditions.

Switzerland

For delivery to Switzerland, delivery charges are a flat rate (+€39).
Please note that the customs clearance procedure and any related costs remain the customer’s responsibility, in accordance with Swiss regulations.

Deliveries outside Europe and to the French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM) are possible upon request for a quote, with charges depending on the country, carrier and parcel weight.
