A beautiful chess board crafted from solid maple and golden rosewood, featuring rounded edges and a glossy finish.
What makes this chess board special is its alphanumeric markings around the edge of the board. This makes it easier to help your opponent locate a particular piece, to discuss the game in progress with onlookers, or to work through exercises from chess books.
As with all sets made by this craftsman, particular care has been taken over the finish of the chess board.
Golden rosewood is a fine wood that offers maximum playing comfort while remaining accessible to all.
