This Wenge-coloured backgammon set in laminated wood offers quality materials and a timeless classic design, at an attractive price.

The playing surface is printed (not inlaid) and features a central diamond pattern, with beautifully contrasting mahogany and oak points.

Included with the game board: a set of 30 plastic checkers (15 brown and 15 white), four dice (14 mm) and 2 dice cups.

A beautiful chess set rests on a simple balance: pieces well proportioned to the size of the squares. To choose a harmonious board, the most reliable guide is the diameter of the king's base.

Key guideline: ideally, the king's base takes up about 75% of the square.
