A beautiful large wooden chess set featuring a 50 x 50 cm chessboard in black-stained poplar and ash burr wood.
The chess pieces are made from rosewood and boxwood and have a king height of 10.2 cm.
The design of this chess set was inspired by a set seen in the hit series ‘The Queen’s Gambit’, in the scene where Beth and Borgov meet during the 1968 USSR chess championship.
