Each piece in this chess set is weighted with a brass ring placed above the base. The chess pieces are entirely handmade and crafted from sycamore and oak wood. They have a king height of 13 cm.

The folding chess board includes an individual storage space for each piece. Generously sized at 65 x 65 x 4.4 cm open (65 x 32.5 x 8.8 cm closed), it can easily be stored and transported without damaging your pieces.

Key guideline: ideally, the king's base takes up about 75% of the square.
